MTN Travel Specialist & AI Assistant
Remote - Now hiring — accepting applications.
We’re hiring a year-round Mountain Travel Specialist & AI Support Coordinator to join our small, collaborative team. On weekends, you’ll support guests with ski pass questions, account details, and trip logistics. On Mondays and Tuesdays, you’ll shift into light operations and AI chatbot-related work—testing flows, checking responses, updating info, and helping us improve the guest experience.
This job is perfect for someone who is customer-service minded but also genuinely curious about AI, chatbots, and how technology can make mountain travel smoother.
